As a licensed R-2000 evaluator, Building Knowledge Canada analyzes home design using the Hot2000 software program. Once a home design is approved and construction begins, Building Knowledge Canada regularly visits the building site to ensure practices measure up to R-2000 requirements. After construction is complete, Building Knowledge Canada will complete the final inspection, including a blower door test to identify any air leakage, and submit the required documentation to NRCan.
